The return policy is valid for the following countries: United States
You have the right to return an item up to 30 days from the date delivered.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. All orders will include a 30 day return policy. If you need to return an item, please follow these guidelines:
- Eligibility for Returns: Only new, unused items can be returned for a refund. Items must be in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact. We cannot accept returns for worn, washed, or damaged items.
- Return Request: To initiate a return, please contact us at sales@southcarolinashirt.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item.
- Return Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to ensure the safe return of the item. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.
- Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Exchanges: We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
- Restocking Fee: We may charge up to a 15% restocking fee.
